DETROIT >> Another lower-body injury.
Jose Iglesias left Saturday’s game with a left-knee contusion, after appearing to bang knees with Astros first baseman Chris Carter trying to beat out an infield single in the sixth inning.
He is day to day.
Iglesias missed all of the 2014 season with shin splints that developed into stress fractures, and missed time earlier this season with a groin injury.
