As expected, Brandon Inge was activated Friday off the 15-day disabled list after his rehabilitation stint at Triple-A Toledo. And, as expected, there was a very large, very vocal group of fans who were not happy.

Every time his name comes up in news about the team (or quite often when the news isn't even about him), the reaction is immediate. It was no different with Friday's news, that he was being activated off the 15-day disabled list:

Once the news (which wasn't really a newsflash at all) broke Friday afternoon, confirming that Inge would, indeed, be rejoining the team after his rehab assignment in Triple-A Toledo, the fan angst hit social media almost immediately.
