ALCS Game 3 live chat (Red Sox at Tigers)

The Tigers came within two innings of taking the first two games of the American League Championship Series from the Boston Red Sox on the road. Obviously, as we all know by now, they did not, as the Red Sox rallied from four runs down in the final two innings of Game 2, winning in walk-off fashion to send the series to Detroit, tied at 1-1.

Now, the key will be for the Tigers to overcome the disappointment from that late-inning meltdown, and hold onto the home-field advantage they've swiped. It'll be a bit easier to right the ship with suddenly-rejuvenated ace Justin Verlander on the mound in Tuesday's game.

As we have throughout the playoffs, we'll have a live chat here during the game, where you can comment and ask questions, as we all watch the series play out.

The chat will start at 4 p.m.
