Earlier in March, we surveyed Digital First Media’s baseball beat reporters, as well as our sports writers who were members of the Baseball Writers’ Association of America.

We asked them to tell us which teams would finish where when the 2014 Major League Baseball season ends, and why. Then, we weighted their answers, and created one visual projection for how the standings should look in October. For comparison, we’ve added each team’s ZiPS projected record, which comes from Fangraphs.com.

Later in the season, we’ll check back on how we did.
