The first round starts at 7 p.m.

The Tigers select at No. 20 in the first round, and again at No. 39, the final pick in Competitive Balance Round A (They originally had pick No. 73, the final pick in Competitive Balance Round B, but swapped it for No. 39 in the trade with the Miami Marlins that brought Anibal Sanchez and Omar Infante.)

Detroit picks 18th in the second round (No. 58 overall) and then 20th in Rounds 3-40.

Rounds 1-2 will be held Thursday night (televised live from MLB Network TV studios in Secaucus, NJ). Rounds 3-10 will be Friday afternoon, and Rounds 11-40 on Saturday afternoon.
