Jack Morris will join Fox Sports Detroit broadcasts for six games, starting this week
You want some additional outspoken juice added to the Detroit Tigers’ television broadcast?
Well, Jack Morris will provide that, joining play-by-play man Mario Impemba and color commentator Rod Allen on Fox Sports Detroit for six games, starting with the Kansas City series opener on Monday, Sept. 8.
“I’m happy to be joining the FOX Sports Detroit team for these six games,” said Morris. “The fans in Detroit have been incredible, and I’m excited to join Rod and Mario in the booth this week.”
The five-time All-Star and four-time World Series champion is normally a color analyst for the Minnesota Twins broadcasts on Fox Sports North.

The addition of Jack Morris to the crew of Rod and Mario is Great. I really like having Jack's perspective from a Pichers view. Rod gives a great hitters perspective and Mario adds the excitement with that great voice and additional statistical information. Great job FOX SPORTS DETROIT. Once again you're ahead of the game and every other home sports station.
