Tigers and Giants lineup for Sunday Night Baseball


The Tigers and Giants square off on ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball (8 p.m.).

Alex Avila returns to the starting lineup, while Andrew Romine gives Eugenio Suarez another day off at short, and Don Kelly fills in for starting center fielder Rajai Davis and backup Ezequiel Carrera. It's Kelly's fourth start in CF this season.

With the Giants winning the first two games of the series, the Tigers are trying to avoid their first three-game sweep since early June.
